Step 1: Apply
Apply the gel along the gumline with a clean finger or a toothbrush, or to the desired areas using an interdental brush.
Step 2: Leave to take effect
Leave on for at least 30 seconds. Afterwards, spit out the excess gel and do not rinse with water.
Step 3: Pause
Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after application.

How often can I apply the care gel?
Apply once daily after brushing your teeth – ideally in the evening before going to bed. For sensitive, irritated, or stressed gums, for example after a more intensive professional dental cleaning, the gel can be used up to three times a day for up to seven days.
Should I rinse after brushing?
No. To maximize contact time, do not rinse with water.
Can I use the gel around implants?
Yes. The care gel is particularly suitable for the care of the gums around implants, bridges, and crowns.
Does the toothpaste also protect against periodontitis and gum inflammation?
Yes, it actively supports gum health. By specifically blocking harmful bacteria and through its soothing ingredients, the risk of gingivitis and periodontal stress is reduced.
Is the care gel suitable for sensitive teeth and irritated gums?
Yes. It contains gentle ingredients as well as panthenol, which soothes irritated gums.
Does the toothpaste contain fluoride?
Yes. The formulation contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm F⁻).
Is it microbiome-friendly, vegan, and free from unnecessary additives?
